FSC is revising the Trademark Standard FSC-STD-50-001. This standard specifies the requirements for using the FSC trademarks by FSC certificate holders when labelling FSC-certified products, promoting FSC-certified products, and promoting their status as an FSC certificate holder.
Who is this consultation for?
This consultation is open to all interested stakeholders. The Trademark Standard FSC-STD-50-001 is specifically aimed at FSC certificate holders who use the FSC trademarks for labelling and promoting FSC-certified products and highlighting their status as FSC certificate holders. It is also relevant for certification bodies responsible for approving the use of the trademarks and auditing the implementation of these requirements.
