FSC published a revised annual administration fee (AAF) policy last year, bringing changes in the fee for chain of custody certification, from 1 July 2022. The new AAF will be calculated based on a Certificate Holder's actual Forest Products Turnover using a sliding scale. The new FSC AAF Policy V3-1 requires that Certification Bodies collect CHs’ exact Forest Products Turnover or the best estimate possible, if there is no exact number available, for the purpose of calculating AAF according to the updated calculation method.
If you are a certificate holder and you have not already done so, please can you ensure that the Forest Products Turnover (or best estimate possible) is provided to your Certification Body.
